Department of Education:

The Department offers M.A. in Education as a degree along with Ph.D in Education.Community work, educational skills, Professional training and development of leadership qualities with research aptitude and skill development are the focus of the department. The curriculum of the course is a complete package for development of students as a professional ;teaching with ethics and values. Both the course i.e. M.A. in Education and Ph.D in Education are regular in mode. The department intends to develop policy Planners, educational researchers and educational administrators. our faculty as well as students (both PG level and Ph.D )apart from receiving a rich grounding in educational concepts; are actively engaged in research pursuits in new and challenging areas in the field of education. These areas include special education, educational management and administration, Science and social science education, teacher education , Women education,educational technology and curriculum and pedagogy etc.
